I have the ability to make a complete beginner feel confident and at ease with safe and motivating programs. My programs are fun and effective. All depends on your goals - weight loss, strength & stability, core conditioning, body sculpting and toning, flexibility, balance, exercise performance or improve wellness.
2-to-1 buddy Personal Training
This is an ideal option for busy people who would like to keep in shape, while busy schedule. Groups of 2 and more people ; friends, partners, work colleagues are welcome.
This is perfect for busy people who want to squeeze in an extra session.
I will rotate through three different body part splits in this 60 minute class, but groups can suggest specific programs if i've been given 24 hours notice.
Training tailored to the areas majority people / clients often want a bit of help with. So expect a fair few leg exercises.
Very friendly, short duration training suitable for all fitness levels.
Ante & Post Natal Training
All women without contraindications should be encouraged to participate in aerobic and strength-conditioning exercises as part of a healthy lifestyle during their pregnancy.
Exercise is not dangerous for your baby. There is some evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.
Using weights and doing other kinds of strength exercise during your pregnancy will help you: avoid aches and pains as your bump grows. Strengthen your body for labour. Prepare for all the lifting, carrying and pram-pushing you'll be doing after your baby is born.
My approach as a pre and post natal qualified trainer is empathetic and gentle, understanding that it's a precious time with a newborn. This is why I offer training with baby by your side.

Training at your home. I can train you in the comfort of your own home. I take the hassle out of you having to pack up and travel to me with your new born. I come to you with all my training equipment and train you from your home/living room.

Training at my home. I have a comfortable converted area of my home where I can look after your little one while you train. Meaning you get a tailored 121 training session, baby care and complete privacy.

Train with friends. I offer discount for groups and understand it can be quite an isolating time so the perfect way to socialise, see your friends, work out and I can look after the babies whilst you all workout.
